In the case of bad weather, all best efforts will be made to rearrange to a date and time that suits both ‘the customer’ and ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ with no charge.
A garden consultation should last for 1.5 hours. If this time over-runs by 20 minutes or more, ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ reserves the right to charge an additional amount in proportion to the pre-agreed fee.

As the bespoke planting plan is hand-drawn and not easily changed, ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ can only make changes by swapping one plant for another (e.g. plant no. 1 in the plan swapped for something else, and plant no. 14 swapped for something else). The positioning and quantities shall remain the same.

When given the go-ahead by ‘the customer’ to purchase the plants, ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ will email over the invoice for the plants, and payment of the invoice must be made before any plants will be delivered.
Planting Up Borders
If planting up of the borders is required, then a quote can be provided upon request. ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ will not start any planting until the quote price has been accepted and any outstanding invoices paid in full.
Before a quote is provided for any planting, ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ may require to see the borders first to ensure sufficient soil and border preparation has been done.
A quote can be provided for any plants sourced by ‘The Plans & Plants Man’, but the pot size and quantities will have to be stated for any other plants that have been sourced by ‘the customer’ before a quote can be provided for those.
There must be a minimum of 30 plants needing to be planted in order to qualify for the prices quoted on the website in the 'Services & Prices' page.
The invoice for any planting work will be sent by email after the job is completed and ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ politely requests payment within 14 days of the invoice date.

Any work completed by ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ is charged by the hour and an invoice will be sent at the end of each working day. ‘The Plans & Plants Man’ politely requests payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
